Jochen Schlicht is an executive trainer and coach with 14 years experience in the areas of leadership training and coaching. Leading his own training company in Germany, he is an associate with LCPI. Jochen specializes in leadership development, addressing mostly medium and top executives in large, multinational companies across all industries. With German as his mother tongue, he is fluent in English and Swedish and delivers programs in all three languages.
Professional Experience
With 10 years management experience in Marketing and Sales of British-Dutch Unilever and working in Germany, Switzerland, Finland and Sweden, Jochen has a truly cross-cultural working background. Other areas of working experience include health care sales, hotel and restaurant management, the housing and the airline industry. Jochen has had his own training company since 1998 and has since then worked with more than 5,000 executives from a variety of businesses.
Professional Development
Jochen has a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the Technical University in Berlin. Among his first trainers in communication skills were Michael Löhner and Alexander Christiani. Constant learning is one of Jochen’s key concepts. Among recent achievements is the completion of a mental training course at SLH (Swedish Leadership University) at Örebro, Sweden and the Coaching Clinic Facilitator Licensing Program in Toronto. |
