Professional Expertise

Daniel Yolleck is a coach, master facilitator and senior executive with 30 years of experience in the areas of coaching, leadership development, recruitment, organizational development and change management. His expertise is with strategic issues, general management, marketing, sales and finance. For over 20 years, he has counseled in career transition working with thousands of people. He is a specialist in behavioural change and assessment. Daniel is also President of AIMS, an international network of human resource providers based in Vienna, Austria. AIMS have 120 offices in 36 countries and sales of over $225,000,000. This involves Daniel with consulting to many organizations around the world. He works from offices in Toronto, Boston and Vienna.

Professional Experience

Daniel has held senior positions throughout his career. These include:  President of a large recruitment company; and President of a public company and marketing positions with well known global corporations. He has worked in North America, Europe, Africa and Australia. Daniel’s wide variety of business experience includes start-ups, mergers & acquisitions, and closures.

Daniel teaches coaching and sales / marketing for Corporate Coach University. Dan’s coaching practice specializes in leadership, behavioural change and transition coaching. He mainly coaches CEOs and senior management. He also consults on coaching and organizational effectiveness to major international Training Organizations, Employee Assistance Providers, Outplacement firms, Relocation Services and behavioural Health Corporations. He has worked with many organizations including some of the world’s largest banks to introduce internal coaching programs and to use coaching as a tool to transform their cultures.

Some of the business initiatives that he is currently involved in include:

  • Teaching and speaking to over 400 people around the world
  • Working with 100 different organizations
  • Coaching over 25 senior executives on a regular basis
  • 10 weeks working in Italy, United Kingdom, Belgium, Romania, Bulgaria, Portugal, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria
  • Leading and facilitating an international strategy change for his own organization with offices in 36 countries
  • Successfully completing major projects consulting and coaching around the closure of a Ford plant and the merger of Seagram’s with Vivendi
  • Supporting the transition of several individuals into the role of CEO of major world class corporations in companies around the world
  • Delivering and facilitating seminars on coaching, leadership, emotional intelligence and change in open forums and to the leadership teams of global organizations.
  • Leading the team which designed and introduced coaching to the senior management of one of the world’s largest banks
  • Leading the team which designed and manages the coaching program for one of the world’s largest training companies
